General Terms and Conditions

All our activities, depending on their nature, are subject to:

- The General Conditions of Carriage 2002; filed with the registry of the Court of Amsterdam under number 100/2012 and with the registry of the Court of Rotterdam under number 70/2012.
- The Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) and additionally the Dutch General Transport Conditions (AVC).
- The TLN (Transport and Logistics Netherlands) General Conditions of Payment, filed with the registry of the District Court of The Hague.
- Physical Distribution Conditions 2000, filed with the registry of the District Courts in Amsterdam (no. 177/2000) and Rotterdam (no. 116/2000).

Of these, the most recently filed version always applies. The Terms and Conditions will be sent free of charge upon request.
